Here at the club, were so heavily focused on "our youth is our future" this will be a club were the focus won't be a men's or womens first team an nothing else, here at Swindon F.C were creating pathways for all player's who are good enough to play up a year to accelerate all round game and the individual on and off the pitch.
Our focus will be to develop our own respected and successful Development Academy over a number of years where we develop every player that goes on to play for a women's and men's first team with a focus on Tiqui-tacka fast paced attacking style football that will be the clubs infrastructure throughout all age groups an be the clubs DNA.

We find it's more beneficial for every player to have a ball at there feet an for everyone to be involved working to to a set structured curriculum to aid a development plan to cover a targeted area of growth in 2 areas Technical n psychological aspects of the FA'S GUIDANCE on the 4 corner model approach to learning. Our focus will be on developing technical players and also helping develop decision makers underpinning with a Question an Answer approach to training sessions and a show an tell approach from coaches to make sure we cover a number of approaches as children have different learning styles.
